James Daniel & Associates, LLC originated in 2002. During more than 20 years of growth, JDA has evolved through several phases that have led it to a current focus on working with career and technical schools and teachers to bring together the technical world and the world of education. JDA provides a number of services that can facilitate the growth of CT educators as teachers and educational leaders as well well as technicians and technical leaders.

Our Services

Teacher Support

JDA can help teachers enhance and maintain best classroom management skills, evaluation methodology, and teaching practices, as well as developing and implementing strategies to promote greater student literacy and competency in language and mathematics.

Administrator Support

JDA can assist and guide administrators with the challenges of relevant program design, meaningful and effective teacher evaluation and support, sound school organization, facilitating the grant application and delivery process, and more.

School Support

JDA can provide meaningful professional development to facilitate the strengthening of language and mathematical literacy, the integration of Core Standards in technical education, and the mitigation of negative social media influence on students. JDA can help motivate educators through keynote presentations.
